Bloomsbury Festival: Suffrage, Subversion and Sex

21 October @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Returning to the Bloomsbury Festival, this time with a new show: “Suffrage, Subversion and Sex”!

A stimulating, social, interactive evening, of prose, poetry and some promise.

Come along to a relaxing and interactive evening exploring the fascinating lives of some of the pioneering characters, who lived or worked in Bloomsbury during the dawning of a radical new social era, including Richard and Emmeline Pankhurst, Marie Stopes, Virginia Woolf and Duncan Grant.

This will be followed by an informal discussion, examining how the lives and actions of these individuals have impacted on, or influenced our experiences today.

Join us on 21st October at the fabulous Fitz Bar in the Principal Hotel! Tickets at £12/10 (concessions), which include a complementary glass of wine. Book at 020 3108 1000.
